Refunds and returns

We aim to provide highest customer service possible however in the unlikely event your not happy with your item we accept returns and refunds within 5 days of you receiving the item .

The item needs to have tags and not have been worn or show any evidence of being worn

The item needs to be in a resale condition

Send us an email duchesscloset@outlook.com stating reason for return and we will respond within 24 hours.

We cannot accept returns on jewellry or swimwear due to hygiene reasons

If you wish to return an item place it in original packaging

Attach return slip and send it back to us (the adress is on return slip) . The item is your responsibility until it reaches us . On receipt of the item we will issue full refund

We will not refund shipping fees

Delivery and shipping

We offer delivery and shipping on all items

Some of pieces are pre order and our deliveries will take 7-14 days this will be specified on the item description .

Deliveries on furs take 7-9 days

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email

We will provide you with tracking numbers of all orders once the item has been shipped .

Any returns or refunds will not include the shipping fee

Cancellation

We process order as soon as receive it . This is so you can recieve your order as soon as possible

After placing your order you have a 4 days to cancel . Once the item has been shipped we cannot cancel the order . If you do wish to cancel the order await the delivery and send the item back to us . Once we receive the item we will issue full refund
